Shipping Policy
All shoes will be manufactured and shipped to the customer via trustworthy courier partners or Delivery Company within 4 to 5 days.
Customers can verify the status of their order by login to his account. You will also obtain a notification email once ordered shoes have been manufactured as well as dispatched. Please ensure the shipping address you input during sign out is accurate, we are not liable for any erroneous or undeliverable addresses.
Return Policy
Tuoiocchi provides a rapid and completely free process for return service. Your shoes will be returned and the amount will be refunded to you. Refund is applicable within 7 days of the delivery and it.
The shoes will be considered defective or faulty if they are obtained damaged, or a manufacturing fault occurs within seven days of purchase. Shoes damaged as a consequence of wear and tear are not considered to be defective.
When possible, we are happy to repair defective items. Otherwise, we would love to restore them with a pair made in the similar design.
It is not feasible to replace the order with a shoe in a different than the original design.
If the product is not defective the buyer can exchange it only once. If not defective buyer cannot return the product for no other reason that wrong size and also can do so only once. After the consumer has obtained an exchanged product in a different size he can no longer return it.
The goods are your liability until they reach our warehouse. Make sure they are packed up appropriately and can’t get damaged on the way!
All goods will be scrutinized on return. We try hard to recognize all returns, and returns to us don’t need to be in the authentic packaging. In the implausible event that an item is returned to us in an inappropriate condition, we may have to send it back again to you.
We are not liable for any items that are returned to us by error.

Late Returns: Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 7 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this phase are accepted at the discretion of Tuoiocchi.
